At Rinnai, we stand behind the quality of our home heating and water solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Request Authorization

Log in to your account or contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all manuals and components included, and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship the Item

Send your return via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution center; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value heating units.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit is uninstalled and in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
